What’s anxiety?
Anxiety is an emotion that could be positive in small quantities, the problem comes when the anxiety level raise up high. Normally anxiety raises up months or years after a traumatic fact or because of psychological reasons. It often anxiety appears after a long term of personal or professional stress.
How can we detect anxiety?
When you avoid situations, feel nervous about little thing it didn’t bother you before. Can’t sleep well, have negative thoughts, those are anxiety symptoms.
There is a lot of thing you can do to avoid anxiety: For example something so simple like sing and draw can relief anxiety. Here is some extra help to control the enemy anxiety.
